V1 Women: New York Retreat

We are so excited to announce V1 Women 2024 New York Retreat! You can join us in person OR online for portions of the retreat.

COST: Registration for in-person attendance is on a first come, first serve basis. Registration will close in-person once we reach maximum capacity but there is unlimited space to join us online for the livestream.

Retreat Registration Fee: $80 for in-person and $29.99 for online

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR IN-PERSON ATTENDEES:
Hotel and meals are NOT included in the retreat registration fee. Food can be purchased at the Kalahari Resort or in the surrounding area.

Retreat Registration Fee Cancellations: Unfortunately, due to costs incurred, no refunds will be given for any cancellations. If you become unable to attend the retreat, please notify v1women@v1.church. You may transfer your registration to someone you designate. If no one is designated, we will transfer your ticket to sponsor someone in need.

Room Reservations: To reserve your hotel room, click on this link https://book.passkey.com/e/50816448. At booking, you will have the option to upgrade your room, if you desire, at the price indicated. Please note that all reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit.

Outdoor/Indoor Waterpark: Your overnight hotel stay grants you access to Kalahari’s indoor and outdoor waterpark.

Standard Room includes: 2 Queen beds plus a sleeper sofa. 4 guests can share a room and 2 additional guests can be added to the room up to a maximum of 6 guests per room. Additional guests to any room incur an additional charge of $50.00 per person, per night (plus tax) (ex: $109 total per person, for 2 night stay) which will be added to the base price of the room.

Hotel Room Cancellation - Any hotel cancellations 72 hours, or more, prior to your scheduled arrival receive a full refund minus a $30.00 processing fee. Any hotel cancellations less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival forfeits the entire deposit.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Please be aware that the resort operates on a fully cashless basis. They accept credit and mobile payments (Apple/Google Pay), as well as room charges through your RFID wristband. In case you arrive with only cash, they have kiosks available to exchange your dollars onto a Mastercard, which can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

All hotel group guests are required to authorize a $100 hold to cover overnight charges on their folio. This authorization is mandatory for all hotel overnight guests. This authorization will be placed on your account upon check-in.

Children: Children are permitted to accompany you to the resort. However, please note that there will be no childcare provided during the retreat. Only infants (6 mos and younger) can accompany you during service times. For any other children, you must separately arrange for their childcare as the retreat is intended for you to have time to grow closer to God and fellowship with other women. However, daughters 6th grade and up are permitted to attend the retreat with a purchase of a retreat ticket.

Food: The cost of food is not included in your retreat fee. However, food can be purchased at the Kalahari Resort or in the surrounding area.
